我们认为把握住以上六个核心教育的方向和操作是建立外国语小学良好教育平台的基础。
Six cores education: It is to set up a kind of good norm and order for the children to form education; Industrious and plain education to student family economic situation better , implement President Mr. Li Guangyu " Teaching the rich in indigent circumstances" thought that put forward, train student's fine character; The sincere filial piety is educated in order to reflect China's traditional virtue ; Innovation educates the value orientation that is a classroom instruction thought, is for the need of training the future people who meet the social development; It is for the education thought of letting every child receive sound development to succeed in educating; It is education behavior and embodiment to study way in line with international standards to cooperate in educating. We think that it is foundations of setting up good educational platform of primary school of foreign language to get hold of direction and operation in which the above six cores education.
2 、五种管理思想：专家治校是提升学校教育品位和把握学校教育思想的基本保证；民主理校是学校健康发展和凝聚人心的需要；科学规范是现代化学校的基本管理骨架；严格管理是认真做事的基本准则；以爱育爱是教育真谛的最核心表现。
我们坚持把以上五种管理思想有机融汇到学校的总体管理机制中，是搭建科学管理平台的基础。

3 、四种品质培养：品质教育是借鉴西方教育思想，为培养高素质、可持续发展的人才所提出，也是阳光教育和绿色教育的体现。其中的领袖品质是一种广泛意义的概念，核心是培养学生的多元能力，包括组织能力、合作意识、吃苦精神、个性发展等等。学习品质泛指学习目的、学习态度、学习习惯、学习兴趣和学习方法等。
以上三个层面是属于操作领域的理念整合，通过这些理念的落实，达到我们的三个教育追求……

4 、三个教育追求：“领先半步”表达了学校教育发展的前卫性、卓越性、高标准的目标；追求个性的宏观表述是学校要突显办学特色，微观表述是坚持学生的个性发展；追求和谐是表达教育的健康性和开放性。

6 、阳光教育：这是我校的教育最高理念表述，也是学校发展方向和奋斗目标。阳光教育的最终体现在：孩子们享受学习的快乐；老师们享受工作的快乐；学校的教育是健康的、是体现教育本质的科学教育；从这里走出的孩子不仅有着优秀的学习成绩，而且一定要具有良好的学习态度、浓厚的学习兴趣和健康的思想品格以及健全的身心素质。
